The Conflict Stability and Security Fund (CSSF): Hakam conducted in-depth research and analysis, developing evidence-based case studies and providing contextual analysis of gender-related terminology and strategies. He also facilitated effective communication during interviews and translated and analyzed Arabic language documents.

United Mission for Relief & Development: As Country Coordinator, Hakam served as the primary representative in Jordan, establishing crucial relationships with stakeholders.
