He facilitated access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, coordinated the deployment of French experts, and spearheaded export support missions.
The Conflict Stability and Security Fund (CSSF): Hakam conducted in-depth research and analysis, developing evidence-based case studies and providing contextual analysis of gender-related terminology and strategies. He also facilitated effective communication during interviews and translated and analyzed Arabic language documents.
United Mission for Relief & Development: As Country Coordinator, Hakam served as the primary representative in Jordan, establishing crucial relationships with stakeholders. He planned and executed international medical missions, orchestrated the distribution of essential back-to-school kits, and led the distribution of food parcels during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD): Hakam oversaw the UNHCR-funded Working with Refugees Program, co-chaired the Protection Working Group, and supervised the design and implementation of Community Support Centers. He also pioneered the creation of Jordan’s first refugee-led online magazine and launched the #WithRefugees radio program.
